Technology Giant Intel announced that they shall start the production of Bitcoin Mining Chips.
The company announced the preparation of the premiere of a new type of processor for mining the main digital currency. Previously, the corporation has never produced specialized chips for such processes. Some firms have already made an application for the supply of a new type of microchip.
Why is Intel Bitcoin Mining Chips special?
What the specification consists of, Intel is in no hurry to tell. The presentation will take place at the end of February. One thing is for sure – the new processors will outperform standard video cards by almost a thousand times.
